7.4 Library Messages on Standard Output

When the library refuses a call, it returns false (or 0) and, for some refusals, prints a message to standard output. There is no error-code function; in services or GUI applications, redirect standard output to a log. Some refusals print nothing (for example fault-state and DRL-state refusals, and set_robot_control precondition failures).
